Open-heart surgery! Finnaly engine is almost assembled. During this surgery i regenerated all four camshaft, now they looks like new🔥. After removing the heads, it turned out that the pistons are oversized 0.25. I measured the cylinders with a bore gauge, they are in great condition. Also changed a cam chains for DiD chains. Can't wait to hear the Roar!

Before and eternity later! Wow, it was a difficult task and required a lot of patience, but it was definitely worth it 🔥🔥 The covers look like new and will give the engine a great look!

I'm almost done cleaning all aluminium covers from engine. This is a real test of patience 🙏 but the effect rewards the time I spent on it🔥 I can't wait to see whole engine with this covers!

Hi Gals and Guys! I finished cable harness for Interceptor. I took off old insulation and looked trought all wires. They are in perfect shape and except for a few spider cocoon and two dried bugs everything is like new🔥For new insulation i used a waterproof, cotton insulation tape. Now im workin on valve covers to restore it to former glory ✨

Current situation in DnD with Interceptor! I painted steering stem and change all steering bearings. Front wheel like rear got new bearings and Bridgestone tire. I don't know if i was in hurry, because currently i have completely different wheels in my head 😂 but hey, somewhere must be other hurted Interceptor to be saved 🔥🏍️ So eventually they will stay for another project!

DnD is back baby! Gals and Guys im happy to announce that DnD motorcycles is back! After many life changes, finally i have my owne place in the world. So let's get down to bussines. Frame is on wheels. Now im start engine assembly. After time, in my head, Interceptor growed to a proper restomode concept. In some time we will see if we turn idea into reality! 🔥🔥

Valves were lapped, it's time to assemble heads. I put new valves seals and new o-rings for rocker arm shafts. During the weekend, I plan to put the frame on wheels, change bearings, seals and more! It will be interesting, stay tuned! 🔥🔥

Christmas is coming! Some people clean their houses and prepare delicious dishes, other sit in garage and play with suspension of their motorcycles 😂
Suspension was disassembled, every element was flushed and blowed with compressed air. Interceptor got new oil and dust seals and new fork oil. I'm looking forward our first ride!

Of course Interceptor was good boy in this year so he deserved a gift from Santa. Old man brought him a new bearings for both wheels, headstock bearings, front forks seals and oil and all oem seals for cooling system.
Looking at these gifts, I think that this year I was not good enough 😂
