The COT-27 hydraulic tyre unpacking machine that we prepared for Kenya left our factory today. It is a very efficient machine when it comes to pulling out tyres from packs of two and more tyres. It is very safe for tyres and an operator. It can unpack a full 40ft container in 1.5 working days. This model is an improved version of the virtually indestructible COT-5, which performs well in all conditions. It is the most advanced machine on the market, as the movable hook and table allow a pack of tyres to be quickly immobilised and the hook to be hooked to the tyre 😍🚛🛫

Yesterday we dispatched the COT-31 hydraulic tyre packing/unpacking machine, which is ideal for companies involved in exporting used tyres. It is used to double tyres (by packing them one inside the other up to a maximum of 3 in a bundle), significantly reducing the cost of transporting them.😎🚛

On Monday we shipped a COT-7 hydraulic tyre tripling machine to Austria. It is used for packing tyres one inside the other (6 or more) to save space. It allows you to load around 3000-3200 tyres into a 40ft container without damaging them. You can make around 50 packs of four tyres in an hour. 😮⚡
