🚨 Toyota just released 25TA14 — the Tundra engine recall everyone has been waiting for.
The recall will be rolled out in 9 phases over approximately the next year, with Phase 1 officially released today.
Toyota will release each phase in sequence based on the vehicle’s production data, so not every affected Tundra will be eligible for the repair at the same time.
Once a vehicle becomes eligible, a trained Toyota technician will perform an inspection using Toyota specific software and procedures to determine whether the engine needs to be replaced.
If the inspection determines that an engine replacement is required, Toyota will perform the repair under the recall.
If you own an affected Tundra, check your VIN and keep an eye out for your notification as additional phases are released.
