Please note that the Nissan Leaf battery price mentioned previously was a price quoted to a dealer, not a customer-facing price. It should not be used or shared with customers.

Going forward, do not create or assume any price yourself. If a price is not officially available in our current catalog, website, or other approved pricing references, please refer the customer to me and I will provide the correct price.

Also, please remove the previously stored Nissan Leaf pricing from the system.

There are two different Nissan Leaf battery requirements:

1. Complete/Imported Battery Pack – the battery as imported and supplied as a complete pack, with its own price.
2. Customized Solar Backup Battery – if a customer wants to use Nissan Leaf batteries for a solar backup system, the battery needs to be customized and designed according to the customer’s requirements. This will have separate costs for customization, assembly, BMS, configuration, and other required components.

Therefore, never quote the same price for both.

If a customer only mentions β€œNissan Leaf” or β€œsolar backup,” first ask for the required specifications and intended application. Do not assume which battery/product they need or provide a price until the requirements are clear. If the official price is not available, refer the customer to me for pricing.

Tesla Model Y Low-Voltage Battery BMS Repair | Software Update Restored

In this case, we worked on a Tesla Model Y that was experiencing a malfunction in its low-voltage battery/BMS system.

The vehicle’s low-voltage battery system was not functioning correctly, which was affecting the vehicle’s ability to communicate and operate its other electronic systems normally. The battery/BMS malfunction was also preventing important vehicle functions, including software updates and proper system operation.
