🚙 Hilux 2.8L 1GD-FTV – Exhaust Installed | Previously Modified | Recalibrated

This Hilux 2.8 Revo arrived at Hi-Tech Motorsports Hyderabad with an upgraded exhaust system and an existing calibration.

To be clear — it wasn’t poorly set up.
However, the performance figures were slightly below expected levels, and a few mechanical realities needed proper attention first.

We identified and replaced leaking manifold gaskets — a common issue on these platforms that often goes unnoticed.

Then we started fresh.

Over time, injector compensation values begin to drift.
Air-fuel ratios can slowly lean out — especially on vehicles that have been performance optimized.

If not corrected properly:
