A: Walk-in guests are not allowed. This is to respect the customers’ privacy.

A: 13-14 kilometers
Q: How far is Secret Haven from the high-way?
A: 5-10 minutes.
Q: Do we have to pay corkage fee if we bring food?
A: No.
Q: How can we make reservations?
A: You can ask for the availability of the date you planned to book by sending us private message through messenger or call us (via the call button on our page).
Q: How do we pay? Do you require Reservation Fee?
A: A NONREFUNDABLE Reservation Fee of Php 1,000.00 must be paid through GCash/ Online Banking/ Pera Padala within 24 hours upon booking. The remaining balance will be collected at Secret Haven.
Q: When is our reservation OFFICIALLY booked?
A: A reservation is OFFICIALLY BOOKED upon presenting us a screenshot of fund transfer within 24 hours.
Q: Who are exempted from the headcount?
A: Children 3 years old and below are not included in the head count.
Q: Is our driver included in the headcount?
A. Yes.
