BAYANIHAN TO RECOVER AS ONE ACT (RA NO. 11494) – BAYANIHAN 2 ADVISORY
In compliance with the “Bayanihan to Recover as One Act” or Bayanihan 2, ToyotaFinancial Services Philippines Corporation (TFSPH) will be implementing a mandatory one-time 60-day grace period for all existing, current and outstanding loans with due dates falling from September 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
No interest on interest, penalties, fees and charges shall be collected from clients availing of this payment grace period. However, please note that the interest will continue to accrue during the grace period and will be collected at the end of the term.
> Who are qualified?
Current and updated accounts as of September 15, 2020 are qualified for the 60-day grace period with due dates that will fall from September 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
>Can the borrower continue to pay and not avail of the grace period?
If you decide not to avail of this grace period and just continue your payments as originally scheduled, please inform us 5 working days before your next loan due date through the following channels:

If we do not receive any advice, the application of the said grace period will proceed.
> When will the 60-day grace period start?
The 60-day grace period will start from the effectivity of the BARO Act. Borrower may opt to apply the mandatory grace period to any of his due date from September 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
Example:
Due Date: October 15, 2020
Payment Grace Period: October 15, 2020 and November 15, 2020
Next Payment Due Date: December 15, 2020
> Will the borrower be required to pay double on the next due date to cover the payment for the grace period?
No. Maturity dates of the qualified accounts will be moved by two (2)months.
Original Maturity Date: April 15, 2024
New Maturity Date: June 15, 2024
October 15, 2020 - No Payment
November 15, 2020 - No Payment
December 15, 2020 up to June 15, 2024 - Regular Monthly Payment
**Accrued interest for the payment grace period will be collected at the end of the term.
- Payments through Auto-Debit
Accounts enrolled through the Auto-Debit Payment method will not be charged within the 60-day grace period. However, accounts will be automatically debited for the regular monthly payment after the 60-day extension period.
Auto-debit arrangement will be automatically adjusted to cover the new maturity date.
- Payments through Post Dated Checks
PostDated Checks issued within the 60-day payment extension will not be deposited.PDC’s should be funded on or before the next due date.
Customers may need to submit additional 2 checks to cover the last 2 months as a result of the loan term extension including the accrued interest for the grace period.
