Terms and Condition
- [ ] Renters must present a valid identification card. They can rent whether they have their own driver or will spend additional cost for hiring our driver. Driver’s license must also be presented.
- [ ] For safety, no other person other than the suggested “driver” should drive the vehicle. Renters should also not allow the “driver” to drive under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
- [ ] A non-refundable deposit (15% of the total rental cost) must be paid upon reservation.
- [ ] The Renter is solely responsible in all the passengers of the vehicle - for any lost in belongings and/or property damage.
Car Maintenance/Damage
- [ ] Renters should return the vehicle in full tank, just like when he started renting it. Fill the tank only with recognized gas stations, for the tank to be free from contaminated fuels.
- [ ] Renters are required to check the vehicle’s water and oil reservoir daily and should refill it if necessary.
- [ ] Renters are required to check the tires and promptly repair the punctured ones.
- [ ] Renters should not use the vehicle in towing or pulling another vehicle.
- [ ] Renters are liable for the cost of repair due to negligence, careless and reckless driving.
- [ ] Renters are required to replace the broken windshields, windows, mirrors or damaged tires.
- [ ] Renters are required to replace any lost from the vehicle, like spare parts and tools included upon renting the vehicle.
- [ ] The vehicle should not be used in smuggling or transporting illegal items. If caught, the Renters are liable for any cost and damage it might incur
Road rules
- [ ] Please drive carefully. Obey the speed limit allowed and drive up to maximum of 80kph only.
- [ ] Please always put your shoes on when driving, not slippers, not sandals.
- [ ] Don’t drink and drive. Don’t let alcohol overtake your life
- [ ] Drive defensively. Your family is waiting for you at home.
