ADVISORY: The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has temporarily suspended the capping of emission test uploads, embodied in the Section 6.6 of the Department Order 2012-10, as amended.

In relation to this, the Department has released the guidelines for the aforementioned temporary suspension, as likewise stated and provided in the memorandum.

These include allowing all PETCs to conduct a maximum number of 120 vehicles subject to emission testing; automatic setting of Client Application Program from 80 to 120 by the PETC IT Service Provider; and authorizing PETCs to operate from 6:00AM until 7:00PM, subject to strict compliance with other provisions of the aforesaid DO, as amended.
