At around 9:10 PM, June 28, 2026,
the QRS-Quick Response System received a report regarding a shooting incident at Zone 6, Ayala, Zamboanga City.

Upon receiving the report, the Talisayan Rescue Team immediately responded and transported the victim to Labuan General Hospital for medical attention. However, the victim was declared Dead on Arrival (DOA).

The victim was identified as Allan Abdulla, 42 years old, a resident of Ayala Zone 6, Zamboanga City.

QRS continues to coordinate and monitor emergency situations for public safety and response assistance.
