TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy Inc., acknowledges its past involvement in a price-fixing agreement with other driving schools in Cebu concerning Theoretical and Practical Driving Courses, which is a violation of the Philippine Competition Act (PCA). The company sincerely apologizes for this misconduct and recognizes the impact it may have had on its valued clients.

As a committed provider of comprehensive education in road safety and defensive driving, TL Mabuhay strives to equip its students with the knowledge and skills necessary for safe driving. The goal is to promote a culture of safety and responsibility within the community. To demonstrate this commitment, the company pledges not to engage in any price-fixing agreements or similar conduct prohibited by the Philippine Competition Act.

TL Mabuhay is proactively implementing measures to prevent this from happening again, including strengthening its policies, conducting thorough internal reviews, and implementing training programs to reinforce our adherence to all relevant laws, including the PCA. The company is dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards in its operations, fostering fair competition and ensuring that clients have access to a wider range of affordable services. The company is grateful for the understanding and support as it makes these important changes to enhance its commitment to excellence and client welfare.

Among the dangers of texting and calling while driving are:
1️⃣Reduce their visual scanning of the road ahead.
2️⃣They are more likely to weave within their lane on bends.
3️⃣Slower to respond to hazards.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) statistics mentioned that fifteen percent (15%) of injury crashes were caused by calling, and twelve percent (12%) were caused by texting.
