Regarding the recent e-trike fire incident on Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City

Preliminary investigations reveal that the fire was caused by an unauthorized, non-standard extra battery installed by the operator—NOT our original factory battery.

Our factory-standard Vihari e-trikes are 100% SAFE and meticulously designed for your protection.
