HR Associate – Truck Helpers Coordination

Location: Norzagaray,Bulacan

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Associate to manage the scheduling and deployment of truck helpers for daily logistics operations. The role ensures that each truck is properly assigned a helper and that yard operations are supported through proper manpower allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare daily and weekly schedules for truck helpers
•Assign helpers to trucks based on trip and operational requirements
•Assign and monitor yard helpers for loading, unloading, and yard support
•Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations team on manpower needs
•Monitor attendance, availability, and overtime of helpers
•Arrange replacements in case of absences or shortages
•Maintain accurate manpower and scheduling records, etc.

Qualifications:
•Male
•Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
•Experience in manpower scheduling or logistics operations is an advantage
•Good communication and coordination skills
•Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
•Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
•Strong personality
