CUSTOMER CARE ADVISORY:
To ensure the smooth operations of LTO ACES, we will have our monthly system maintenance on October 14, 2022 (Friday 9PM) until October 17, 2022 (Monday 6AM).

To test the optimizations we shall be deploying, please be advised of the temporary schedule that will be followed for authentication and uploading of certificates on October 17, Monday:

> 6AM-8AM: All regions
> 8AM-1PM: NCR East and West, R1, R2, R5, R6, R8, R9, CARAGA
> 1PM - 6PM – R3, R4A and 4B, R7, R10, R11, R12, CAR
> 6PM - 10PM – All regions

On Tuesday onwards, ACES shall again be open all throughout the day.
