🔧 Pulldown cylinder head assy. to giveway to top engine overhaul.
🔧 Pulldown oil pan/ Clean & resealed.
🔧 Reface cylinder head (machining).

🔧 White smoke during cold start, unstable idling (palyado).
🔧 Pulldown cylinder head assy. to giveway to top engine overhaul.
🔧 Reface cylinder head (machining).

ON GOING FULL RESTORATION OF TOTAL LOSS HONDA CITY (TRANSFORMER)

🔧 Major Collision (total loss)
🔧 Front face damage
🔧 Driver & Passenger airbag blast
🔧 Windshield glass cracked
🔧 Rear LH light & panel damage
🔧 Engine not running
🔧 dirty interior
🔧 faded & damage body paint

70% done engine dismounted & already mounted, damages parts already replaced. As of now on going washover paint.

HONDA CITY IDSI REPLACE BELL HOUSING

✅ Vehicle Condition:
🔧 Abnormal noise when pressed clutch pedal

✅ History:
🔧 Already done by another auto shop but same problem occurs due to wrong repair done.

✅ Job done:
🔧 Rare case, broke/cracked bell housing.
🔧 Pulldown transmission to giveway to replace bell housing assy. (Surplus due to rare part/s).
🔧 Drain/Change gear oil.
🔧 Add on- pulldown knuckle arm assy press/replace in/out wheel bearing (machining works).
🔧 Replace valve cover gasket.
🔧 Replace crankshaft oil seal (rear).

🔧 Low power uphill, Low power when accelerate, hard clutch pedal.

✅ Job Done:
🔧 Pulldown transmission to give way to replace clutch set.
• Clutch disc
• Clutch cover
• Release bearing
🔧 Machining Job:
Due to worn- flywheel, need for machining and reface flywheel.
🔧 Change/Drain Gear oil
🔧 As per inspection, Cut/Worn LH-inner and outer boots, replace velocity boots and reseal joints.

🔧 Additional job as per inspection for replacement of alternator belt then replace alternator belt as customer approval.
