Mga suki ug potential sukis puhon. Happy Holidays ninyo!
If you are a member of an FB group for car rentals, please do not take part of the politics involve in it. In the first place, it's a platform for renters to look for cars that they can rent at the best offer that they can get. As for owners, it's a venue to find potential renters for income. The sad part is the renters and owners forgot this sole purpose of the group. The renters are insulted for being called "barat" while the owners are being "too" forceful of the price. So the second advise I can give is, business like this or for all, is a trade, buy and sell. If they can buy it, great! If not, well, shake your hands and go along your merry way.
Kung baratohan ka sa offer sa renter, ayaw lang dawata. I'm sure as an owner you know your value and general market price. Kung mahalan ang renter sa imong offer, ayaw lang pud pugsa kay dili man para niya imong services. Your price ranges has a market where it belongs. Kung LV (Louis Vuitton) imong baligya, I'm sure mga millionaires jud imong gi target. Kung Hawk bag (nothing against the brand), low to mid income ang maka-afford ana. Parehas ra pud sa mopalit nga Php100 imong kwarta pero imong tanaw ani kay maka palit pud LV. Ayaw lang pud ug huna2x ug ining-ana.
Finally, my last advise is understanding that business is just business. Ayaw e personal. In the end, if dili jud mag meet ang inyong offers, it means you are not meant to be. *charet
It's almost Christmas, so we want all to just be merry and happy given what struggles we had face this 2020. Stay safe everyone!
