Dear valued customers

We would like to announce that due to the system transition of the LTO system from LTMS back to stradcom, you might experience inconvenience in your application for student permit, non professional license and additional DL code.

We encourage those with newly issued certificate or with those previously issued that was not applied yet for SP and NPDL or additional DL code to coordinate with us before you proceed to LTO office so that we can replace your certificate the soonest time to avoid inconvenience.

We are still on the process of negotiating the new system provider so that we can connect to the system that the LTO is now allowing for driving schools use.

We apologize for this, hoping that we can help serve you to the best that we can.
