Conduct vehicle inspections from start to end
Operate inspection machines and applications, specifically Unimetal
Ensure compliance with LTO standards and regulations
Communicate with customers regarding the condition of their vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately encode data into the vehicle system (RDMS), ensuring that all information is entered correctly and efficiently
Verify data by comparing the OR/CR and checking for any discrepancies or errors before sending details.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Provide excellent customer service by answering the inquiries professionally.
