Vehicle Model: Mazda 2 2017
Job Performed: Vehicle Diagnosis
Concern: AC not cooling

Diagnostic Reports and Repairs:
-Performed refrigerant pressure check
FF: Found both high and low side pressure below specification due to low freon amount in the system and with AC compressor noise during operation, with minor leak on low side hose fittings.
-HP: 150 PSI, LP: 20 PSI at 33 degress celsius ambient temp.
-Add approx. 400g of freon and performed refrigerant pressure adjustment: HP: 235 PSI,
LP: 32 PSI at 33 degress celsius ambient temp.
-Re-check operation found ok. For further observation and need to top-up more freon to adjust HP up to 290 PSI at 33 degress celsius ambient temp. specification.

Additional Recommendations/Parts Required:
O-ring large (low pressure hose side)
Vacuum and recharging of r134A refrigerant.

Job performed: Vehicle Diagnosis
Concern: Check engine malfunction indicator light on with DSC warning light on

Diagnostic Reports and Repairs:
-Checked DTC using MMDS found TCM DTC: P0872:00-68- (TCM) - Oil Pressure Switch 3 Circuit Low - Indeterminate, P0300:00-28- (PCM) - Random Misfire Detected - Not Current (DTC),

-Performed diagnostic procedure P0872:00
FF: Found recorded freeze frame and snapshot data when this DTC first triggered has PID Value: (OIL_PRES_SW3) : On - and verified that oil pressure switch no. 3 stuck in ON position( oil pressure switch no. 3 malfunction)

-Performed diagnostic procedure for DTC P0300:00
FF: All related PIDS values are within specification and found no misfire count on all cylinders. Clear DTC since this is not present and no fault found.

Additional Recommendations/Parts Required
1. Need to replace Oil Pressure Switch A
- Perform TCM initial learning and ATF level adjustment.

Vehicle Model/VIN: Mazda CX-5 from Santa Rosa Laguna

Job Performed: Vehicle Diagnosis
Concern: Unusual noise when driving specially on uphill

Diagnostic Reports and Repairs:
-Checked DTC using MMDS found no any related DTC
-Found no any loose parts or heat shields on engine and transmission area
-Found all engine mounts are in good condition
-Checked atf quality and level found good and within specific level, but with minor leak in between the engine and transmission area
-Performed TCM initialization
-Attached chassi ear device into the transmission area and re-perform road test
FF: Found verified internal transmission metal judder noise while driving at some road and speed conditions

-Performed EPB maintenance on and off procedure done, need further observation of electric parking brake operation
-Performed CMU update into new version: 74.00.324

Additional Recommendations/Parts Required:
1. Need to replace automatic transmission, adjust the atf level
and performed TCM programmable module installation procedure using MMDS

2. Need to pulldown front bumper for front RH inner and outer parking sensor not working with DTCs PSM: B1B36:14 -right front outer sensor circuit short to ground or open and B1B38:14 - right front inner sensor circuit short to ground or open.

Vehicle Model: Mazda CX-3 2017 2.0L

Job Performed: General Repairs and A/C not cooling well

RR: Replaced wiper washer pump, both LH and RH front strut bump stop and dust cover, rear inner RH tail light unit. Repaired LH mirror glass. Installed back stock side indicator lights.

CC: A/C not cooling well
FF: A/C system overfill causing high and low side over pressure. Performed system refrigerant adjustment, re-check found ok. Need further observation by customer, if same concern occur. Then need to recover and recharge the system with the specific amount of refrigerant, and observe again.

Vehicle/model: Mazda 3 2016 2.0L Hatchback from TAFT

Job performed: Vehicle diagnostics and repair

CC: I-stop and i-eloop warning light on IPC and warning message on center display

FF: DTC: PCM: P0A8D:00: 14 volts power module system voltage low

FF: performed diagnostic procedure for DTC P0A8D:00 and found:
- engine battery shows REPLACE on battery test results

RR: Replaced engine battery using 95D23L stop and start battery and performed i-stop programming then verify that i-stop and i-eloop warning lamp goes off on IPC and on center display. Clear all DTC and performed roadtest, found i-stop operation is working properly. Job done

Vehicle/Model: Mazda 2 2016 DL from Pasig

Job Performed: Vehicle Diagnostics

Costumer's concern: Brake hard to press, airbag and seatbelt warning light does not illuminate

Fault found: U0151 DTC's present on some modules: Lost Communication with RCM and
ABS DTC: c0040:64: brake pedal switch A signal plausibility failure

-Performed diagnostic procedure for DTC U0151:00 and found minor corrosion on RCM wiring harness side connector pins and RCM internal short circuit with corrosion also due to water ingress inside the module.
-for DTC c0040:64 need to fix first DTC U0151:00.

Recommendations:
1. Need to replace RCM, clean and re-tighten related module connectors. Need to perform RCM module installation programming.
2. Re-check DTC.

Job Performed:
1. 80,000 KMs Minor PMS on Ford Everest 2016: Replaced engine oil, oil filter, performed multi-point inspection, check DTC using scan tool.
Fault found during multi-point inspection:
*Worn out front lower control arm rubber damper both sides(LH/RH)

Additional Recommendtion:
1. Need to replace front lower control ar rubber damper LH/RH 2pcs.

1. Minor PMS on Suzuki Ertiga 2020 with all parts provided by customer: Replaced engine oil, oil filter, drain plug washer, performed multi-point inspection and park brake adjustment, check DTC using scan tools

2. Mechanical General Repair on same unit: Replaced engine support RH side and alternator drive belt. Roadtest done by customer.
