We have been testing automotive and architectural glass since 2006. Accurate and Precise Inspection and Testing Laboratory, Inc. (Formerly All Glass Laboratory, Inc.) is a 100% Filipino owned company formed in August 2006 to address the testing requirements of the glass industry in the Philippines. The main function of the Laboratory is to perform tests on the safety characteristics of Safety Temp

ered and Safety Laminated Glass. The Laboratory has a complete facility to conduct tests for Float Glass, Figured Glass, Wired Glass, Heat Strengthened Glass, Zone Tempered Glass, Fully Tempered Glass and Laminated Glass. The Laboratory conducts tests at its permanent facilities located at Block 3, G/F EDSA Arcade Building, EDSA corner D.M. Guevarra Street Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City. Accurate and Precise Inspection and Testing Laboratory is a DTI-BPS Recognized testing laboratory and a DTI-PAB accredited testing laboratory in the Philippines.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has expanded the list of products subject to mandatory certification of the Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS), adding five glass products including flat glass, heat-strengthened and fully tempered flat glass, laminated safety glass, laminated glass, and bent glass.

This increases the total number of regulated products to 113, as stated in Memorandum Circular No. 26-01, Series of 2026.

Following the effectivity of Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 25-19, Series of 2025, the Department of Trade and Industry through the Bureau of Philippine Standards (DTI-BPS) implements a 90-day application period for Philippine Standards (PS) certification for all manufacturers and importers of covered glass products prior to its full enforcement by April 3, 2026.
