Did you know that the San Juanico Bridge is one of the longest bridges in the Philippines, measuring up to 2,164 m in length?
It’s part of the Pan-Philippine Highway and stretches from Samar to Leyte, across the San Juanico Strait. Completed in 1973, the bridge has more to offer than just a smooth drive from Samar to Leyte. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views of the strait and the nearby mountains and islands. They can also go for a walk or ride a bike along the bridge. There are also boat rides underneath the bridge available to those who want to get a different perspective.
