As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that the business runs smoothly, employees are accountable, company procedures are followed, and management receives accurate and timely reports.
We need someone who can demonstrate real management capability—not just years of experience or impressive interview answers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Office Administrator / Cashier who can manage daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, handle customer payments, and help keep business operations organized and under control.
Your Role
Handle daily cash collections, customer payments, receipts, and transaction records.
Maintain accurate sales records, cash reports, and daily cash reconciliation.
Prepare and organize invoices, forms, reports, and other business documents.
Monitor petty cash, expenses, and supporting receipts.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, product availability, and purchasing documentation.
Maintain organized records of vehicle service sheets, job cards, and operational documents.
Assist with employee records, attendance monitoring, and administrative requirements.
Coordinate with the Head of Operation, QA/QC Inspector, Service Advisor and workshop team.
Maintain confidentiality and protect company records and financial information.
Follow company SOPs, approval procedures, and internal control policies.
At Apex Dyno Performance, financial accuracy and proper documentation are essential to protecting the business.
