To my valued customers, don’t get me wrong.. Sometimes mauubusan ka talaga ng pasensya.

I have a customer this week nag pa-prepare ng unit for release last Wednesday, cash transaction. Nag ask ako ng reservation sakanya but he said, “sige will send it later” daw, pero dahil prefer niya release unit tomorrow (the following day) and para isahan payment na lang, di na ako nag follow up ng reservation.

We actually rush the unit pa from Planta since his preferred color is not available on that day, pero nagawan namin ng paraan and naihabol namin ma-prepare unit on time.

What happened next is…

Hindi na siya nag paramdam! Last message I received from him is nasa bank na siya for his MC and buti daw umabot pa siya before 3PM.

I waited whole day ng Thursday pero wala pa rin siya message, tried calling him and still no response. It is very easy na magsabi kung cancel na or nag change of mind siya. Walang problema don, part ng trabaho yun. Pero para mang ABALA ka ng mga nagtra-trabaho. Huwag naman sana ganon.. We are trying our best para makapag assist ng maayos.

Hindi lang kasi ako yun naabala niya, meron ibang staff pa, yun nag pull out, nag stencil, nag prepare, nag linis.. etc

Please understand if why we are asking for reservations, because we are trying to prevent scenarios like this.

NAKIPARK SIYA SA DEALERSHIP FROM 8AM TO 6PM. SANA SINABI NIYA NA LANG NA MAKIKIPARK LANG SIYA AT HINDI MAG KUNWARIANG BIBILI. GRABE ABALA.
