Assigned Area: Acacia Village, Neo Calapan, Mindoro

Job purpose:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Provide support to the Sales Representative, reaching sales monthly targets, paperworks, and scheduling meeting, inventory and monitoring.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Accountable for the delivery of his Monthly Job Target
- Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and evaluating performance
- Conducted joint business planning with dealers and area distributors to ensure plans were compatible with the Company's directions.
- Collaboration with all other Company functions to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Willing to relocate
- Other duties are assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

- Career Level: 1-2 Years Experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Intermediate to advanced selling skills gained from the same
industry LPG or fuel industry
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with the assigned area

Job Description:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the financial reporting, accounting functions, and budgeting processes within the company. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining strong internal controls, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both finance and accounting, with strong leadership skills and a focus on improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Provide insights to senior management on financial performance, trends, and variances.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate projections of revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes to enhance profitability. Implement effective financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure financial accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards. Oversee tax filings and reporting in collaboration with external auditors.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the business maintains adequate funding and can meet its obligations.
- Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, including investments, acquisitions, and new business ventures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and developing their skills in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Atleast of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the gasoline or energy industry is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with industry regulations, including tax laws and environmental compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Work with accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and process incoming payments
-Monitoring, organizing, and documenting Cash Receipts and Cash Disbursement Books.
-Preparation of Check Vouchers and Check for the payment of costs and expenses as provided in the details of the Accounts Payable Vouchers and Expense Reports.
-Preparation and updating of Check Releases Report- prepared, released, and cleared checks and submitted the same to the Accounts Payable Unit.
-Export monthly revenue statements in Excel format for recording
-Daily and Monthly bank reconciliation.
-Run and analyze monthly financial statements.
-Coordinate with other departments, business units, and projects for any concerns or issues in the processing of requests and payables.
-Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
-Preferably with at least a year of accounting, treasury, or any business-related experience but entry levels are welcome.
-1 to 3 years of Oil and Gas accounting experience is preferred.
-Proficient use of Microsoft Office with particularly strong competence in MS Excel.
-Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
-Detail-oriented and organized.
-Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
-Provide excellent Customer Service and bring a positive attitude
-Must be willing to work in Liloan, Cebu
