All students are required to bring their student permit or drivers license when driving;failure to do so will consider the session as cancelled/rescheduled.the student should inform b4 the scheduled session if sp has not be secured yet;
2. For rescheduling of assigned slot,a text message or phone call should be made 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.if not,the schedule will automatically be canc
elled and forfeited.the student is only granted up to 2 rescheduling request in same session and 3 consecutive on-the-spot refusal of schedule which may cause to cancellation of session;
3. No chaperon is allowed inside the training vehicle until 4th basic session;
4. No smoking inside the training vehicle.intoxicated students are not allowed to attend their driving lessons;
5.the company reserves the right to cancel hands-on driving if irresponsible behaviour by the student driver puts the safety of users at risk;
6.registration is non-refundable,non-transferrable and valid for 30 days from the date of 1st session only.alloted session hour is divided according to program,if the student decides not to finish the activity time it would still be counted the same.adjustments could only be done when manijo uno told so in case to case basis.as soon as the training vehicle arrives in ur pick up point, waiting time is only allowed to 30min max.after 30min if student didnt come its considered as no-show client and session will be forfeited. As soon as u sit in the drivers seat, ur time is starting to count.
7.courses and fees as well as to promos are subject to change without prior notice;
8.for security reasons, do not bring firearms,deadly weapons or any valuable belongings and jewelries while driving.the company shall not be liable for any loose;
9. Eating,smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks inside the training car is strictly prohibited;
10. No transactions should be involved with the instructor.all payments and other concerns should be made with the owner only.any favor that involves service&money with the instructor is not acceptable by rules;
11. If harrassment happens during the session,report immediately to the owner for immediate action;
12. To protect lives and properties,students should be physically fit,take extra care and presence of mind during session in able to properly execute and learn lessons.bare in mind that in case of damages caused by the student during session due to stubborness or negligence or even on road accidents in any cases,automatically he/she is oblidged to pay the participation fee worth 4,000php per panel and affidavit expenses worth 500php plus the corresponding penalties if serious/huge coverage of damages occur.your registration fee is good for the lessons only and not with the car and casualties if unexpected circumstances happen. You can not say sorry on the road,it refers to safe and defensive driving.time can not move back 1ns negative situation happens;if ever the student wont be able to continue the session due to some unexpected body condition he/she may request his/her instructor to surrender steering for safety purposes.we also require students to be more aware that if these things happens automatically ur only able to continue up to 8hrs basic lessons f not done yet or if done the remaining hours(city drives/long drives)will be forfeited.
13.registered package is considered as closed enrollment,whether u finish or not u r still oblidged to pay the whole package amount engaged.the company also reserves the right to terminate ur remaining hours if evaluated consistent stubborness or neglegence occur.do not put the safety of urself,company property and its reputation at risk. Pls.be guided accordingly
