By sharing, commenting, or tagging Microbike Motorcycles® on social media, you acknowledge and agree that your post, comment, photo, or testimonial (collectively, “User Content”) may be featured or reposted by Microbase Motorbike Corporation (“MICROBIKE MOTORCYCLES”) on its official digital platforms — including its page, website, or other authorized online pages — subject to the following conditions:
1. MICROBIKE MOTORCYCLES shall use your User Content solely for legitimate marketing, promotional, or testimonial purposes, and always with respect for your dignity, privacy, and intellectual property rights.
2. You may withdraw or revoke consent at any time by contacting MIKEROBIKE MOTORCYCLES via private message or email at [email protected], and your content will be promptly removed from future use.
