We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Investigator/ Collector and Credit Facililator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating credit applications, investigating financial histories, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information provided by applicants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of credit systems, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and verify applicants' credit histories, financial documents, and transaction records.Analyze financial statements and assess risk to determine creditworthiness.Prepare detailed reports on findings, including potential risks or discrepancies.Work closely with other departments, such as Risk Management and Customer Service, to ensure seamless investigation processes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.Assist in fraud detection and prevention efforts.Provide recommendations based on investigation results, including approval or denial of credit applications.
