Under RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), public posts that shame, insult, or accuse a person—whether true or not—can be charged as cyber libel.
Penalty: 6 to 8 years imprisonment + fines.
Even sharing or reposting a defamatory post can be included in a complaint.
You may express your concerns, but do it with respect, without naming or attacking individuals, and through proper reporting channels.
