The National Government has expanded the ₱10-Per-Liter Fuel Subsidy Program nationwide following the successful pilot implementation in Metro Manila, powered by LANDBANK’s digital subsidy system.

Since the pilot launch on 13 April 2026, more than 28,000 public utility jeepney (PUJ) and UV Express drivers have already received over ₱27.5 million in fuel discounts as of 21 May 2026, helping ease the impact of rising fuel costs on the public transport sector.

Through secure digital processing, LANDBANK supports the Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in ensuring efficient, seamless, and reliable subsidy delivery for qualified PUV drivers nationwide.

The Fuel Subsidy Program supports the National Government’s 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗧) agenda under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
