RALA MotorV Vehicle Inspection Service Center, in partnership with the LTO, will be conducting an Outreach / Mobile Emission Testing in Balangiga, Eastern Samar on March 26, 2026.

Please be advised that our testing facility will be temporarily closed on this day as our team will be deployed for the mobile testing activity.

Regular operations will resume on the next working day.
