Complete Raffle Mechanics
* The raffle is exclusively open to TEC Fuel VIP Card holders
* The raffle runs from May 2, 2025 to April, 18 2026
* 1 raffle entry is equivalent to 10 VIP points
* 1 VIP point is equivalent to 4 liters purchase of any TEC Fuel fuel product purchased between May 2, 2025 to April 18, 2026
* All points incurred during the promo period (whether spent or saved) can be converted into raffle entries
* VIP Card Points must be converted into physical stubs and filled up with complete details in order to be valid
* You can claim and drop your physical stubs at any TEC Fuel station of your choice from April 18, 2026 to April 26, 2026.
* VIP Card points will no longer be converted into physical stubs after April 26, 2026
* All physical stubs must be dropped in the lottery drum at your TEC Fuel station of choice on or before April 26, 2026 to enter the raffle
* Raffle draw results will be posted and livestreamed on all TEC Fuel Facebook accounts on May 2, 2026
Terms and Conditions
Major Prize Winners
* There will be a total of two (2) winners. One (1) for all TEC Fuel Cebu branches and another one (1) for all TEC Fuel Mindanao branches
* Each winner will be entitled to a Cebu Landmasters Inc. house and lot in their assigned territory
Minor Prize Winners
* There will be a total of three (3) winners of one (1) motorcycle unit for all TEC Fuel Cebu stations and three (3) winners of one (1) motorcycle unit for all TEC Fuel Mindanao stations.
* All minor prize winners still have the chance to win the grand prize at the final draw
* Once a VIP Card holder has won a minor prize, they are ineligible to win other minor prizes.
* Minor prize winners are still eligible to win the major raffle draw.
* Unclaimed minor prizes will be redrawn until the prize is claimed
All Prize Winners
* Winners have 60 days to report to the main TEC Fuel office to claim their prize otherwise the prize will be forefeit
* The prize cannot be claimed by anyone on behalf of the winner. Only the winner has the right to claim their prize
* Winners must present at least two (2) valid government IDs with the name that matches their TEC Fuel VIP card in order to claim their prize
* The prize cannot be claimed by anyone (including legal representatives) on behalf of the winner. Only the winner has the right to claim their prize
* The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of similar, greater, or lesser value
* In the event that the winner cannot claim their prize, TEC Fuel reserves the right to draw the name of another winner with approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). In case of a redraw, the redrawing will occur with DTI's approval to be announced at a later date.
* In the case of a redraw, the new winner will have 60 days claim their prize. Forfeith prizes will be redrawn again with DTI's approval until a winner will claim the item.
* Minor prize winners who win the major prize will automatically forfeit their minor prize in favor of the major prize. The minor prize will then be redrawn on the same draw date.
* Final decisions regarding the grand draw will be deferred to TEC Fuel with the approval of DTI.
Ineligibility Clause
Any and all owners, business partners, employees, relatives (to the second degree of consanguinity and legal affinity), and parties in potential legal conflict shall be deemed ineligible to participate in the contest. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor or advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of the promotion are likewise disqualified.
