🚗 Gawin mo muna ’to bago mag-drive — lalo na kung kabado ka pa.
Minsan hindi utak ang problema… paa mo na mabagal mag-react. 😳⚠️
Lalo na sa beginners, dapat sanay ang paa sa apak-preno at silinyador.

Bakit importante ang “foot exercise” bago mag-drive?
❌ Naninigas ang paa sa kaba
❌ Nalilito sa gas at brake
❌ Mabagal ang reaction time
❌ Biglang madiin ang apak kapag nagpanic

✔️ Practice light tapping sa brake at gas habang naka-park
✔️ I-familiarize ang paa sa pedal distance
✔️ Relax lang ang binti — huwag sobrang tense
✔️ Always heel on the floor for better control
