Today, we say goodbye to one of the people who became a huge part of our company’s journey and success.
Engineer Rhoren Espuerta has officially resigned from his role as our Shop Manager, and while we fully support his next chapter, it is difficult to put into words how much his presence will be missed.
Rhoren was not just an employee. He was someone the company relied on deeply. One of the biggest reasons our auto repair shop was able to grow and stay strong through the years was because of his leadership, dedication, and ability to manage the shop with confidence and consistency.
Because Rhoren was fully capable of handling the day to day operations of the auto repair shop, the owners were able to focus deeply on managing and expanding the company’s LPG canister distribution business.
Knowing that the shop was in good hands gave us peace of mind and allowed us to dedicate our time and energy toward growing the LPG business into what it has become today. A huge part of that growth would not have been possible without Rhoren’s reliability and commitment behind the scenes.
Through the busy days, challenges, and years of hard work, Rhoren remained someone we could always depend on. He carried responsibilities without needing to be asked, solved problems quietly, and treated the business as if it were his own.
Behind many of the company’s achievements was someone working tirelessly, consistently, and without seeking recognition.
People like Rhoren are difficult to replace, not only because of his skills and experience, but because of the trust, loyalty, and stability he brought to the company every single day.
As sad as this moment is for all of us, we are also grateful. Grateful for everything he contributed, for the sacrifices he made, and for the impact he leaves behind.
Thank you, Rhoren, for being such an important part of our story and growth. We wish you nothing but success, happiness, and fulfillment in your next journey. You will always have our respect, appreciation, and gratitude.
