Another GWM Cannon ECU on the bench today, this one sent in by mail. The unit was in for a DPF & EGR solution and had supposedly already been tuned.

Unfortunately for this customer the read from the ECU proved to be totally stock, so while we had it on the bench we fixed that and applied our Stage 1 tune package also.

GWM Cannon in today for a DPF removal, the customer has had multiple shops attempt to fix the issue with various cleaning products and replacing sensors, he is sick of it costing money and just wanted it gone!

We removed the filter from the DPF housing and carried out custom ECU programming to remove the regeneration functions and associated fault codes.

The customer is now going to take the vehicle for an emissions test making DPF removal all legal!

Another BMW FRM module on the bench this morning for recovery after having a flat battery!

This is super common issue on these FRM modules and we are able to recover them without a costly replacement unit! Our repaired units are also plug and play so no programming or coding required after install.

2008 Jaguar XKR instrument cluster that was sent it for repairs due to a failing and very dim centre LCD display.

New display fitted up and the unit is on its way back to the customer.

Something new added to what we can do today!

We are now able to program HSV EDI modules in house, and not just with factory HSV files matched to only genuine HSV vin numbers, we now have the ability to program the modules to suit any vin and vehicle configuration!

This means if you are just replacing a failed EDI module or retrofitting one to a vehicle that did not have it factory we can program the unit for you and send it back plug and play!

For retrofit jobs we can also enable EDI in all the other required modules!

Hyundai ILoad in today to complete ECU reprogramming after the owner fitted an EGR blanking plate.

We also optimised the ECU for towing performance as this van is about to begin its new life hauling batteries to workshops around the country!

A couple of Holden programming jobs this afternoon, first up was a new key for a 2020 Holden Acadia using OEM software. Next up was a 2018 Holden Colorado in to have the TPMS system removed.
