Oceania Marine is seeking an experienced Marine Spray Painter for an immediate start.
We are a leading yacht refit facility based in Whangārei, specialising in the maintenance, repair, and refit of international superyachts and luxury sailing yachts. Our highly skilled coatings team delivers exceptional paint finishes to world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation, fairing, and finishing of yacht surfaces
Application of premium marine paint systems to superyacht standards
Blasting, priming, and protective coating applications
Working alongside an experienced yacht coatings team
Delivering exceptional finish quality while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in yacht or superyacht painting
Strong knowledge of fairing, preparation, and finishing techniques
Experience with high-end marine paint systems
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, motivated, and a positive can-do attitude
Requirements:
NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa
Full NZ Driver’s Licence
