Absolutely stoked to share this on my socials.. over the last few months I've had the pleasure of having Bryce work his magic on trying to make the workshop feel a little less meh.. can't express how good it feels to walk in and see this on my wall, he had full artistic freedom and has smashed it.. watching this take shape and seeing the talent Bryce has to put all this into reality was pretty special.. next time you are in, have a good look at the detail, and if you need something like this in your life, reach out, this kinda thing is definitely in his lane!!

It's been a hectic few weeks gone by.. plenty of maintenance jobs, and a couple of head scratcher jobs too..
Bryce's wall mural is progressing well and 2nd hoist got some bolts and hooked up to the hot wires today.. my socials have been very anti-social of late.. Currently booking at the deeper end of 2 weeks out.. if you have things you want done, before you know when 🎅🏼... then hit me up.. don't shoot the messenger but it's only 8 weeks away 😳

FLOAT HAS A NEW HOME!!

I now have a small premises in town.
I moved in at the start of March and after a couple of months, the workshop is 85% set up.. and in this time have learnt it is very hard to build a plane while flying it ha ha..
I have moved away from any van activity and looking forward to not being beaten up by the weather..

Same quality, Same service just with a few creature comforts 🧑‍🔧

Had this Subaru Forester through this week.. fitted with the EJ25 SOHC engine it was suffering from leaking head gaskets.. it's not uncommon for these to develop leaks where the gaskets leak oil externally making a huge oily mess. The owner wasn't quite ready to give up on it, so a quick teardown, had the heads cleaned & resurfaced, all reassembled with genuine parts and it's good to go again..

Don't get caught out..

If your car sounds a little slower to start than normal on extra cold mornings, it could be a warning your battery is on its way out. I now stock a range of Century Batteries to cover the bases, so if you suspect your battery needs attention, reach out... I can come to you, test your battery, replace it if required and check the charging system is up to scratch..

This has to be one of the worst Cabin filters I've seen.. pretty impressive there was any air flowing through this thing..

Lots of cars have these, they aren't normally very expensive, are usually easy to access and quick to change.. if your cars HVAC system airflow is low, it might be worth a check!!
