James FD engine package ready to drop back into the hole, How good does the gloss on satin contrast look 🥵

Stock motor was removed , ported , smoothed alloy, painted & dowelled . Now features a Cosmo style intake manifold

Once engines reinstalled we will replace the exisiting G35 900 single turbo setup in favour of a Turbosmart 6870 turbo and a host of other upgrades

400kw on 22psi , water/meth injection , 13b turbo SXR368 turbo

Stock S6 intake holding this combo back now but plenty of power for drifiting and up coming summer events

FD rx7 side hussle finished up, this one i bought off a customer with a blown engine, rebuilt motor new rotor housing and consumables, binned the sub standard single turbo setup in favour for a G35 1050 turbo , made all new 3.5” stainless exhaust and cooler piping, installed Link G4x plug in with multiple sensors , New fuel system , NDT Developments on the tuning, Off to its new home next week 🙌

Little side project ive taken on, FD rx7 with a blown motor, One of the previous owners decided to single turbo a stock ecu and fuel system, didnt take long for the front apex seal to leave the chat

Ive stripped the FD motor, Found that the engine had done less than 5000kms with all new parts , Had to Replace the front rotor housing , seals, springs and consumables. While in there stage 2 main ports and exhaust, Fitted a 400kw capable single plate clutch.

Upgraded Injectors, rails and fuel pump. Replaced stock ecu with Link G4x plug in, added boost control, safety sensors and 3bar map sensor.

The Single turbo setup was replaced with a Sinco divided exhaust manifold , PSR G35 1050 turbo and 50mm wastegate, i will replace the front half of the mild steel exhaust with 3.5” stainless to match rear half

Hoping to have on dyno before chrome and will be listed for sale afterwards, for more info PM me

Jasons brand new FD engine going back into vehicle today, Unfortunately None of the previous engine was salvageable and we had to start again with mazda crate engine

Stripped, painted , ported to secondary bridgeport, race seals and reassembled.

Thanks Jason for trusting me with your build, more updates to come as we update lots of old tech on this car and get it to NDT for tune

Julians infamous RX3 on the dyno today at NDT Developments , quite a few changes over previous setup, Now featuring a Bridgeport engine ( Previously stage2 ) , PWR intercooler ( Previously GTIR Nissan ) , Green brothers radiator and spal fan ( Previously Chinese and viscose fan ) , Borgwarners latest SXR368 turbo ( previously SXE366 ) , New engine harness with additional safetys , and finally water/meth ( Purely for burnout comps where intake temps saw 150deg )

Just low boost tune for now 15psi, as we put some kms on it before we push 20psi and let the new turbo stretch its legs

Nathans B1600 ute i had the pleasure of helping Nathan with , tasked with building a 13b bridgeport package Nathan then mounted into the vehicle, We then made a equal length exhaust and installed driveshaft hoops and a bunch of other small tasks. Now fully legal and tuned you will see this one around at all the car meets in Auckland
