Just thought I would show the process of fitting heavy metal to a crankshaft. First the crank is drilled and then ream to size. The heavy metal is pressed into the web. And Bob's your uncle we away.

A pair of V8 Pontiac heads with the exhaust manifold facer needing some love. We welded up and remachined and all done in house. As you can see back to new.

She looks a bit weird and dangerous but we balance all sort of agricultural equipment. If it rotates we can do it. Engine rotating assemblies and even EV engines . Big or small we do it all!

Here's a 65 Mustang we finished last month. We fully rebuilt the tired 289ci V8 and while we did that we had the engine bay painted, the wiring tidied up all making the engine look as good as it runs now.
