Got a young rider who's keen to build their skills? 🏍️

We love seeing opportunities for the next generation to build confidence, learn new skills and experience the fun of riding in a supportive environment.

Youth Encounter's dirt bike camps do exactly that, bringing young people together to develop practical riding skills, make new friends and create memories that last well beyond the ride.

If you know of another great initiative helping young riders grow their skills, we'd love to hear about it in the comments below.

Introducing our new series, Find Your Ride!

There’s a Suzuki for everyone, but which one is right for you? 🫵🏼

We’re getting up close and personal with some epic bikes from the Suzuki range, taking you through what each one has to offer, the features that matter, and who it’s built for.

First up, the KingQuad 500XP, aka the King of the Farm 👑

Perfect for dairy farms, sheep and beef country and lifestyle blocks, the KingQuad 500XP is a hardworking all-rounder built to make long days on the land that little bit easier.

With a 493cc fuel-injected engine, electric power steering, selectable 2WD/4WD and up to 600kg towing capacity, it’s got the comfort, control and capability to get the job done.

And Suzuki knows a thing or two about four wheels. Did you know that back in 1982, Suzuki created the world’s first four-wheel ATV, developed right here in rural Whanganui, New Zealand?

Watch Episode 1 of Find Your Ride and meet the KingQuad 500XP.

Why do you ride?

In the latest episode of Why I Ride, meet Rocio, who discovered motorcycling by stepping outside her comfort zone.

New to riding and looking for a challenge, she chose the Suzuki V-Strom 250 as her first bike. Its approachable size gave her the confidence to learn, while its capability quickly proved there was far more to it than she expected.

Today, some of her favourite rides are the ones with no real destination. Just her, her partner, the open road and the freedom to explore, get a little lost and discover somewhere new.

Watch Rocio's story and see why the journey is what keeps her coming back for more.

Stay tuned as we continue to meet Suzuki riders and discover the stories behind Why I Ride.

Route of the Month is back!

This month we're heading to the South Island for the Akaroa Loop, one of Canterbury's most iconic rides and an absolute must for anyone exploring Banks Peninsula. 🏍️

Starting from Christchurch, this unforgettable route winds its way through endless switchbacks, sweeping corners and breathtaking hilltop roads, with spectacular views across Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding bays around every turn.

Once you reach Akaroa, take some time to wander the waterfront, grab a coffee or bite to eat and soak up the relaxed atmosphere before making your way home. If you've got the time, don't be afraid to venture down some of the peninsula's side roads. You never know what hidden bay or incredible viewpoint you'll discover.

With around three to four hours of riding, it's the perfect day trip to experience some of the South Island's best scenery.

Have you ridden the Akaroa Loop before?
