Now thatā€™s one way to get to know a new bike! šŸļø

Suzuki rider Jordan clocked up an impressive 1,200km on his GX within the first week, taking it from Auckland to New Plymouth:

ā€œWithin the first week I managed to clock up 1200kms on a trip from Auckland to New Plymouth! What a blast this GX is. A perfect mix of sports and adventure riding. Keep up the model line!!ā€

A Suzuki blast from the past! šŸļø

Long-time Suzuki fan Andy Kennedy recently shared this story with us, taking us back to a club hare scramble near Wellington, where he had the chance to race Greg Brinckā€™s RM400:

ā€œI had the chance to race Greg Brinck's RM400 that had been fully worked over by the legendary Dick Lawton. After a PE175 it was incredible. I had a good tussle with Alan Burnsā€™ RM400, despite overshooting the first corner and hitting a fence going over the bars!ā€

Route of the Month is back!

This month, we're heading down the wild West Coast of the South Island, riding from Westport to Wānaka via Haast Pass. šŸļø

Starting in Westport, head south with the Tasman Sea at your side, passing through Hokitika before continuing towards Franz Josef and Fox Glacier. With rugged coastline, native rainforest and the Southern Alps as your backdrop, thereā€™s no shortage of incredible scenery along the way.

From there, continue south to Haast before turning inland and tackling the spectacular Haast Pass, with sweeping roads, waterfalls and alpine views leading you all the way to Wānaka.

Itā€™s a long ride, but one that rewards you at every turn. And once you reach Wānaka, the Crown Range Road and Queenstown are within easy reach if youā€™re keen to keep exploring.
