When you work for yourself and your name is your reputation, you have to do things the right way. This is a classic example of what I see all to often. Once I had removed the old screen, I came across multiple scratches and knife marks which had not been addressed. A quick lick of paint at the time should have stopped the rust from starting. Luckily this wasn't to bad and I was able to keep the customer on the road. Attention to detail is key
