Insulation & wall lining: ply, bolted and glued on (watertight).
Heavy-duty workbench with SS bench top & steel shelving / tool organization as requested. Plastic boxes depending on your requirements.
Plumbing option available.
Electrical setup: Full power fit-out, LED lighting, multiple power outlets, RCD protection, external caravan plug / mains connect), CCD cameras, internet, solar power, power generator available.
Ventilation, extraction and AC available on request
Flooring type: heavy-duty marine ply.
Security Features: Heavy-duty lockbox, reinforced doors, door lock safety level 7 available.

Container can be ready in about 4 weeks’ time from the order time. The container will be built in Bay Storage site. Transport can be arranged to deliver to your site.
