We had this "Beauty" come in to the workshop. 1973 750 H2. The Kawasaki 750 Triple 2 Stroke H2, nicknamed the "Widow Maker". Sounds Amazing!!

Happy New Year!
We hope you all have a nice break over the holiday season.

Independent Motorcycles now has a new central city home!
184 Victoria Street, inside 4 Star Automotive.
Same service but in a more convenient location.
WOF inspections now available.
As always ring, text or email me first as I can often be out doing bike pick ups or some off site contract work for other businesses.
After hours and weekend pick up service is the same, you can even drop off and pick up from Island Bay still.

People are claiming that summer and Christmas are almost here so get your bikes ready for long distance riding. Although any time is a good time for riding, unless it's raining. Taking bookings for all servicing and tyres to get your bike into shape for some serious riding, book in now to avoid disappointment and the higher prices of other shops.

Is flat out, almost no bookings left this month. Lots of electrical problems and its not even winter yet. Petrol keeps going up, go buy a scooter or motorcycle, cheaper and more fun usually than a car or public transport. If you are in Wellington I can help out to make sure you get a reliable machine.

Is now taking workshop bookings for January 2011. The rest of December and some of early January 2011 are booked. Always an interesting mix of machinery, and still no dirty farm quads!

There are still some workshop bookings available before Xmas but filling up fast.
The motorcycle repair work continues on with a combination of contracting to other businesses and our own clients.

A CBR1000RR one day, a scooter and commuter bike the next with some late model dirt bikes in as well. Not a farm quad in sight. Also now offering relief mechanic services to other businesses so no time to finish my own bikes yet as this is proving popular.
