Please bear this in mind if you are putting off renewing your WOF. The temporary extension on expired WOFs comes to an end in
November and we expect the long wait time for bookings to continue. Book soon so you don't get caught out!

We are returning to Level 2 on Wednesday.

- Please wear a mask and use the sanitiser provided.
- Please scan the tracer app or fill in the manual register.
- If you are feeling unwell please don't come to the shop. Give us a call or email and we'll be happy to reschedule you.
- Please respect social distancing. Only one person at a time in the reception/check in area. We do not have a waiting area inside.
- We are running on an appointment only basis and not doing "while you wait jobs". Please prepare to leave your car with us for the day when you have a booking.
- No cash or cheques please. We have paywave available.
-Please be considerate to your mechanic by keeping the car clean/tidy/sanitary. Do not leave discarded masks, tissues, drink bottles etc in the car.

We have a screened off check in area for everyone's protection and will be actively maintaining good hygiene.

We are returning to work in a restricted capacity when we enter Level 3 on Wednesday 1 September.

By law we can only operate as a contactless business and there will be strictly no entry to the building for the public. This means we can do jobs by appointment only and behind closed doors.

Please do not come to the shop unless you have an appointment. We are unable to take on spontaneous "drive in" jobs or assessments. The office will be closed.

We are happy to help though! If you need to make an appointment please email [email protected]. The phones are currently offline but you can call us on 3872105 from Wednesday 1st when we're back onsite.

At first we will be giving booking priority to those who had existing appointments cancelled during level 4.
