Another awesome night of racing Pools Waikaraka Family Speedway for the Auckland Saloon Champs
With 20 cars entered they ran a format of 3 groups, a top 7 pole shuffle, and a 15 lap feature winner take all.
Heat 1 A vs B Grid 9 and finished 4th
Heat 2 B vs C
Heat 3 A vs C Grid 6 and finished 4th but promoted to 3rd.
This put me 3rd on points for the pole shuffle, I ended up against Daniel Hickman-Kesner Motorsport 81H who was having an awesome night behind the wheel, Dan got the lead into turn one and held it to the flag.
Starting off grid 4 in the feature which lead to some great battles with 171k Ben Neave & 116a David Ingram there was some great close racing door to door for most of the race.
Congratulations to the below on their result well deserved.

Massive thank you to my friends & family that have come and watched me this season, I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I have it's been a blast.
Lastly to all the driver's thank you for a wicked season I have enjoyed every minute of it and learnt a lot. Also the club, helpers and officials that make each weekend possible.

Hopefully we get one more run at Prestige Pools Waikaraka Family Speedway as a support class in April, otherwise I will be out trying to support our great CTRA tracks in Northland.
