When things go wrong, go right. Right to Brokers United. Our client had major damage to his truck's roof. Replacing the roof panel would mean a 3 month wait for parts and a possible insurance write off. Our plan? Repair it.

This week our Branch Managers and Leadership Team headed to Auckland for our Management Meeting.

A big part of these meetings isn’t just sitting around a boardroom table – it’s getting out into industry, seeing how other successful businesses operate, and challenging ourselves to keep improving.

We were fortunate to visit Precision Autowerk, Southern Spars, and Fruehauf, where each team generously opened their doors, shared their stories, and gave us an insight into their operations. Every business had something unique to learn from, and we sincerely appreciate the time they took to host us.

We also held a strategy and leadership session at the fantastic I-CAR New Zealand Training Centre, where our managers collaborated on the future of Brokers United and how we can continue to raise the bar across all of our branches.

At Brokers United, we believe that standing still is moving backwards. Continuous improvement, collaboration, and investing in our people are values we take seriously. While many businesses in our industry focus solely on the day-to-day, we’re committed to stepping outside our own workshops, learning from others, and bringing those ideas back to benefit our team and our customers.

A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us this week. We’re heading home with plenty of ideas, renewed motivation, and an even stronger commitment to delivering the very best for our customers.

Our Tauranga Sandblast branch just completed another mammoth project. This drill rig required a full blast, prime and paint to complete the refurbishment. Our team had to dig deep to work around this one and the results speak for themselves. Just look at that awesome glossy red.
