🚗 PROUD OF OUR PAST, EXCITED FOR OUR FUTURE 🚗

Over the last few years, we’ve taken every opportunity to invest back into GM Panelbeaters and continue improving what we offer our customers.

While we’ve added new vehicles, upgraded equipment, improved our workshop and office spaces, and expanded our storage facilities, we’re equally proud of the reputation and standards that have been built over many years.

Today, GM Panelbeaters is proud to be Central Hawke’s Bay’s only full collision repair facility operating under one roof, and the district’s only licensed approved repairer for all major insurance companies.

Over recent years we’ve:
✅ Added and refreshed our fleet of loan vehicles
✅ Purchased a new tow truck
✅ Expanded our secure vehicle storage facilities
✅ Upgraded our office and customer areas
✅ Continued modernising our workshop and equipment
✅ Invested in our team through ongoing training, qualifications, and the latest industry technology

We’re also incredibly fortunate to have a team of highly skilled and qualified staff who take pride in their work every day. Investing in our people is just as important as investing in our facilities, and their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to quality are what help us deliver the high standards our customers expect.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our customers and the wider Central Hawke’s Bay community.

From our beginnings to where we are today, we’ve always aimed to provide quality workmanship, honest service, and repairs that we’re proud to stand behind.

Whether you’ve trusted us with an insurance repair, a restoration project, a tow, or simply recommended us to a friend, thank you.

We don’t take your support for granted, and we’re proud to continue serving the community that has supported us every step of the way.

Here are just a few photos showcasing some of the upgrades and improvements we’ve made over the last few years. We’re always looking for ways to improve our facilities, our service, and the experience we provide for our customers.

Most importantly, we’ll continue investing in our people, because great facilities and equipment mean little without a great team behind them.

Glen, Neroli and the GM Panelbeaters Team.

Good evening all. I've got some exciting updates to share with you. I'm currently away in Melbourne at the AAAA Collision Repair Expo. Leaning the latest and greatest, over the last couple of days I've been attending training and learning session, being updated on the latest technologies and equipment. AI, Robotic equipment and Fully Autonomous Vehicles.
It is my responsibility to service high quality collision repair for our community of Central Hawkes Bay. Another big day tomorrow, with the New Zealand Collision Repair Association on topics such as global successful business and training, along with many other industry interests. But while I'm away, Neroli has been busy with progression as well. Watch this space for that very valuable exciting news

We would like to congratulate our team leader Glen Millar for being recognised for his achievements.
I feel so honoured and remain humble. I'm really stoked to have won this award.
But I'm even happier and privileged, to be a part of some really great teams with passionate people, wanting to do and give their best for the betterment of others. I received this award in recognition of the great teams that I work within. Thank you

It was my pleasure to present Glen Millar of the Waipukurau Volunteer Fire Brigade with the Kim Hall leadership award which he was nominated for at our recent AGM. Glens nomination reads as follows:

I would like to nominate Glen Millar for this award for being a great leader and mentor within his volunteer fire brigade & wider community.
Some of Glens past & current achievements are Arranging for Mike Kings -I am Hope, to come to Waipukarau to do a community talk raising awareness for issues around mental health for the wider community. Running and helpirg other brigades run the Operation Maxwell volunteer training weekends, Competing in waterway events & Road Crash Rescue competitions . Competing in the Skytower challenge events multiple times and raising a large amount of money for this event, Past volunteer for St Johns Ambulance. Glen has served on the HB Sub Asscn Executive and was presedent in 2016 and still contributes to HB Sub Association events.
Glen always does what Glen does, and that is putting his fellow fire fighters and communities best interests ahead of his own, and looks after his crews welfare, after difficut events he holds debriefs, and also follows up with each member, with text messages and sometime personal visits
Glen is often seen in FENZ uniformn during the day heading off to a meeting to represent his brigade or FENZ across the local area, all of his while running his own pane| repair business for over 20 years, employing multiple staff which supports multiple families. Glen helped myself plan the Taradale Operation Maxwel raining weekend in 2016 and has been a good source of information or someone I can ask a question about anything since this time.

Congratulations Glen
