Check out this custom muffler heading out to it's new home.

We've got a 7" body with the long tip, fitted with our Race Baffle Extreme, which holds in place this 2.5kg roll of stainless steel wool.

This wool helps protect the packing from all the heat that's inside the baffle. Perfect if you’re putting your vehicle through some punishment.

It's been awesome to see the progress of Adam's Supra over time, and now he's locked in the final build, featuring this massive AdrenalinR 8" muffler.

The size is to help him with the new goal of getting this on the road, as well as the track, so we were able to use a whole lot more packing material to help bring the outside noise down, while keeping it's aggressive quad-rotor tone.

When someone like Adam LZ is this happy, you know you're doing it right.

Cheers to him and his whole team for using something NZ made.

We've got a huge range of mufflers on-hand, or if you need something custom made like this one here, use the Build Your Own function on the website, or give us a call.

$10 shipping through all of NZ & Aus, and we ship worldwide.

We're stoked to produce another muffler for Adam LZ

The original 6-inch long-tip muffler gave him the sound and performance he wanted when the car was primarily being used on the track. But now that he wants to get it out on the street more, he needed to bring the volume down another level.

So, using our Build Your Own system on our website, he went bigger.

An extra-long, 8-inch diameter custom muffler fitted with our Race Baffle Extreme, including welded baffle rings to hold 2.5kg (5.5lbs) of stainless steel wool to protect the packing and handle the punishment of a quad rotor.

Because we couldn't have the car here to get the final measurements perfect, we also made a custom slip-on tip that Adam and his team could trim and position exactly where they needed it during installation.

They've now got it fitted, Adam's already put it through its paces, and they're stoked with the result. Check out his latest YouTube video where they instal the new muffler and more to the Supra.

When builds like this need something outside the box, that's exactly what our custom mufflers are for.

We custom make and ship performance mufflers, resonators and exhaust parts worldwide.

Good to see an AdrenalinR muffler getting put to good use!

Clearance issues? An 8" muffler might be your answer!

We can stuff enough packing in these that a lot of builds can then remove their resonator.

If you've got any questions for us, email [email protected] and we can help you choose the best option for your build.
