If your vehicle has broken down and you require it for private essential travel we are still able to help during Level 3.
For the purpose of this guidance, essential services in the transport sector cover:
• anything identified in the COVID-19 website
• any transport service involved in the carriage of essential goods or essential workers
• permitted essential private travel; includes access to groceries, health care and facilitating shared custody.
We may be working reduced hours so please contact us on [email protected] if you need urgent work done so you can remain working or still so you can still access groceries, health care and shared custody, we will be checking emails on the hour. If your vehicle has broken down and you require it for private essential travel we may be able to help. We have received updated information from the Ministry of Transport about essential transport services during Level 4 of the COVID-19 response.

Only businesses that are essential to the provision of the necessities of life may remain open during the Level 4 Alert period. We are shutting the workshop to help fight against the spread of COVID-19. However we are able to provide services to keep vehicles operational for essential work purposes (eg vehicle testing, mechanics, tyre services). This does not mean we will be servicing the general public but can assist those who are essential services personnel eg: doctors, police, supermarket workers and couriers.
