Last week, Antz had the opportunity to represent Elite Diagnostics at the Kāpiti Industry Connections Breakfast.

The event brought together local businesses and educators to talk about the future of work, the skills our industries are looking for, and the opportunities available to young people across the Kāpiti Coast.

It was an opportunity for us to share just how much the automotive industry has evolved. Modern workshops aren't just about mechanical repairs anymore, they're built around technology, diagnostics, electronics, customer service, and continuous learning.

It's important that students understand the variety of career pathways available to them, and just as importantly, that teachers have the opportunity to hear directly from local employers.

A big thank you to the organisers for putting together such a worthwhile event. We're proud to support initiatives that help connect education with industry and inspire the next generation of local talent.

Our goal posts keep moving!

This morning we had the privilege of spending the day at Summerset Waikanae carrying out complimentary vehicle health checks for residents.

It wasn't about selling services or finding work. It was about giving people confidence in the vehicle they rely on every day. Answering questions, checking over the basics, and helping identify any potential issues before they become bigger problems.

A huge thank you to the team at Summerset for having us. We really enjoyed meeting everyone and having a chat.

Supporting our local community has always been important to us, and we're already looking forward to the next one.
