Today marks 1 year since we got the keys to the workshop! We worked so hard over that next 6 weeks to make it how we wanted it and shopping around for the right equipment to start a successful business. This incident occurred due to a punctured tyre that had lost air pressure, resulting in the rim shredding the tyre like a pizza cutter while travelling at 100km/h. Fortunately, the customer managed to stop safely and avoid a potential accident. Very scary, none the less!

It is crucial to regularly check tyre pressure, especially if the tyre appears underinflated or the vehicle's handling seems unusual. Punctures can often be difficult to detect, making regular inspections essential.

We do puncture repairs, tyre fitting and balancing at competitive prices in house, so feel free to book in for tyres.

On a side note, we are still seeking to employ a qualified mechanic and appreciate any referrals. Cheers
